Oliver was our house guest while Jon, Mindy and Natalie were in the Duluth area for a long weekend.
We kept him on the go, taking him with us when we were out working in the yard so he was pretty pooped out by bedtime. I ended up getting the day off Monday and what a perfect day it was! I got some more planting done and we got to hear all about their trip when the K2's picked up Oliver. Natalie had a lot to say about the big boat they saw, the big lake and swimming (in the pool) Mom and Dad came over for grilled burgers in the evening. I had gone to get some more plants and just happened to be in the Dairy Queen area ;) so I got a a DQ cake for a holiday treat. Even with my camera placed so it would be handy to take a picture of us enjoying the meal on the deck, I fogot to use it so you'll just have to imagine.
